Test Environment Software Designer

As a part of Blueslice's enthusiastic and talented team, the Test Environment Software Designer will be called upon to participate in the development and the evolution of the integrated test environment framework for Blueslice's carrier-grade, ATCA-based Home Location Register and Home Subscriber Server. The individual must have extensive knowledge of Scripting development and Linux, and experience in developing testing framework in a continuously challenging environment.  Blueslice is looking for a versatile person with a proficient understanding of complex telecommunication systems.

Qualifications (musts):

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering
• 1 - 10 years experience
• Object Oriented Analysis and Design using UML
• Script based programming language
• Linux Operating System
• Testing environment experience
• Fluent in English, spoken & written

Qualifications (assets):

• Design Patterns
• DBMS, MySQL
• Perl, Python
• Version control (SVN)
• Unit test tools (CppUnit, JUnit, HttpUnit)
• Fluent in French
