The Blueslice next generation, feature-rich Home Location Register (HLR) provides industry-leading capacity and scalability and a footprint 10 times smaller than legacy equipment. Combined with the Alcatel Mobile NGN (Next Generation Network), the Blueslice ngHLR 3000™ generates dramatic CAPEX and OPEX savings and protects investments for the introduction of IMS.
